Find a dealership with a crappy service department. That usually means they sell cars. If a dealership has a crappy sales department then they usually have a decent service department.

Suburban and LaFontaine... haven't been to all of them but the sales people I've stumbled through are retreads.

Art Moehn in Jackson has a service department full of developmentally disabled quadriplegics on meth. A $74 part was magically $144 and the 1.4 hours of book time grew to 3 hours. And I suspect the $120/hr they wanted to charge for labor the poor technician probably saw roughly $12/hr of that. And the techs are retreads also because they kept stealing fuses from elsewhere in my truck because they were "troubleshooting" and just threw the blown fuses loose in the UBEC. I had it hauled away. It ended up taking about an hour to replace the part with hand tools and no lift... including about 20 minutes for the MDI to reprogram the module.

Nope, retreads. Don't want to do an injustice to those that are developmentally disabled.
