I'm not going to have anyone off the truck. And fucking up my credit isn't an option.
 
I want my new car before 12-1-2006. I need to sell/trade the X first. No one wants $200.00 of my money?
 
I didn't call or go see them. Either way, I'm sure it will be significantly less than what's fair for the truck.
 
Try putting it on eBay. Unfortunately, used Explorers are a dime a dozen in Detroit so dealers won't give you much on a trade-in. They need to make their money on it too.

Did you ask them how much that other car you're looking at is worth? They might be able to help on that front.

Yes I did ask them. They happen to have a Maruader coming in in the next few days with 73,000 on the clock and they are willing to part with it for $12,500. I don't want that many miles. I told him good luck. He asked for my name and number at least 5 times in a 3 minute phone call. The last thing I need is another fucking used car salesman calling me 5+ times a day trying to sell me shit I don't want.

Oh well, the search is still on...
 
Al, put it in Auto/Truck Trader. I've sold numerous high end items through them over the years and have gotten decent money on most everything. If you do this, pay the extra money for the double size photo ad (really makes your item stand out amongst all the others).
