decided since it lacks the umph on drive pavement that i enjoy i may as well have some fun beating on it and get it a little sideways in the dirt, unfortunately there are no action shots since we had to leave our spot after my friend in his volvo crashed his car on the 2nd run through haha but here are some before and after shots of my first session of the day i did on my own.

Yeah i gotta admit its a lot bigger thrill doing 45 with going into a turn already sideways than doing 100+ in a straight line haha who else has an e30 on here?
 
Was that at a certain park in Livonia? If so, back when you were kicking the slats out of your crib we would do that in my buddies Chevette. It was a blast.
 
yeah its right off hines drive between levan and newburgh, if you come down levan from ann arbor trail its a dirt road that leads back to the trail.. It's kinda a hot spot now since that kid who always has the silver volvo across from your parents place hit someone when we were there the other day.. so time to find a new dirt road :(

Lucky7 and I are the only ones afaik. Someone else sold an xi a few months back, not sure if it went to another member or not.

There is a park off 6 mile between Farmington and Merriman that we did it at. We would do it later in the night. I remember almost rolling the car because there is a ditch on the back side of it and I went into it. It's a big circle, so it's a like dirt track :lol:
 
haha i know exactly the park your talking about its called Rotary park, cops love hanging out there i'd be weary of going in there to do that kinda stuff anymore but im sure it was awesome when you guys did it. I went offroading at a designated off roading park/site with my buddy in his lifted f150 as his photographer and man that was a blast
 
Nice. But stop writing in the dirt, you are scratching the shit out of the paint!

I have really taken a liking to these cars.

Yeah that was it, man we had a blast doing it. We even thought about putting a cage in it after I almost rolled it. Then there was the leaf piles in the fall. We ended hitting one so big we got the car stuck. By the time we got it off the pile started on fire from the exhaust. :shake: Man we were stupid.
 
i went mud bogging with a beat to hell 87 mustang gt. that whole summer people would randomly kick the rear bumper and chunks of mud would fall out
 
I never saw a white one on here, but I coulda missed it. And yeah I gave up on trying to sell it i figure its a better year round car than anything I would've ended up buying anyways, it's growing on me a lot especially on days like this one :D
 
I also have a e30 88 325ix mine red and is a 2 door 5 speed i'll have to get some pics up, i'm new to the forum ....the car that 86 fox has is a car my uncle used to own in PA and a friend of mine bought and sold to some one on craigslist...it's a small world finding it on here
