who else collected sports cards when they where younger?

i have a book of biggest hockey moments in history, bought it with guy lafure(sp) signature in it

then got rocket rusards(sp) sig in it

and also had scottie bowman sign it

not sure what its value would be, but its signed by 3 pretty known ppl


also have a pucked sign by drap and osgood back when they first signed with detroit

also have charlie batch signed card with pics of him at my house, my mom won some contest back when he played fro detroit
 
is that the topps or opc yzerman it looks real nice, but iwould take that barry out of the psa 8 case, it kinda lowers the value to me.
 
My dad started collecting Baseball card when he first came to the USA in the early 50's. My brother continued to collect in the 60's and 70's and I did the 80's...We had cards as early as the late 40's, tons of rookie card$...Until my brother got a divorce and his fucken bitch of an ex-wife took 5 huge suit cases of Baseball cards!
My brother lost 2 classic cars, Hummer H2, $80,000 in credit card bills, and $15,000 in Coach furniture, the only thing he cared about was those Baseball cards!, and she stole them on purpose....Bitch!

She emptied the house while my brother was at work...When they went to court the Judge asked her about the cards and she said she knows nothing about them! fucken slut
 
got cards from the late 60's thru about 1990, getting ready to pull out the old ones & sell them. I was at the Baseball HOF in March & was in some card shops, my older cards are worth alot now so its time to dump them.

The Yzerman is opc and man it is nice, you know how bad any old opc are. I have also thought about taking out the Barry.
 
i just sold the topps yzerman rookie card not to long ago, got 35 for it, the other brand that looks just like it is worth a TON.
 
yea when i was like 10 i had a yzerman opc, but i didnt have it in a penney sleeve, well i found it like 8 years later and wentt o take it out the holder and it was stuck and peeled the paint off. that sucked ass.

i once at a 86-87 star jordan rookie the one worth 3000, it was all beat up and crap but a dude at gibraltor let me take 500 worth of stuff out his showcase for it.

yep, and they PSA grade them now too. So, you have to pay for that, and if it isn't a 9 or 10, you don't get crap for them. I have a Jordan collection, rookie cards, and all sorts. Just going to throw them on ebay, and let them go. With the exception of the rookie card, my entire collection of Jordans will go in one auction, lucky to get $100. In the early late 90's and early 2000, is when I should've dumped them. My mom has a basement full of them, gonna start selling 3200 count boxes full for $15 each.:dontknow:
