Who does PVD coating for wheels

Looking at having my dads 2015 mustang wheels pvd coated instead of chrome plated. Who in the detroit area does this? Here is the car with the wheels he has.

How about powder coating them "black chrome"? Kyle did these on my C5Z a few years ago.

Bryan at Detroit wheel will have those in stock. You take him the car and he will swap out the same wheel in PVD black chrome for about $700 and install as well. Tell him Steve sent you.

Now that the snow is falling, the car is put up for the winter.

My dad called Bryan yesterday and he went down there this morning at 8am. They took great care of him. He was impressed how nice the pvd wheels look.
