White lake casualty!!

how did they get a tow truck on the island is they can't get the durango off?

I'm assuming they used a portable winch and their trollin' motor battery.

If you look at the 3rd pic in post #1, you can see an island in the background. There is another island on the passenger side that's even closer than that one. 2 feet behind the truck is too shallow to even drive a jet ski through. The truck is actually resting on the bottom of the lake going down a sharp dropoff in that pic. Behind the truck, you can walk out 100 yards and it's only chest deep. In the summertime everybody parks there and partys on the weekends.

never understood the whole driving a car on ice thing....i dont even like walking on a frozen lake...just got back from chopping a hole in the ice on a small inland lake.....8 or so inches thick....had to make a hole big enough for fire personnel to use their gumby suits and jump in and practice water rescue techniques
too frickin cold for me.
