Where's that rent-a-hoist garage?

Saw a bit on tv a while back about a multi-bay garage turned into a do it yourself place with tools and mechanics handy if needed somewhere in Metro D.

I'm looking to change a flywheel with a T-56 behind it, but not while lying on the garage floor.
