Where to have a pair of one off aluminum pieces made?

Looking to have 2 spacer rings/backing plates made within the next week, any recommendations on the Macomb side of town?

Specs are:
Aluminum material
4 holes at a 120mm Bolt Circle Diameter and overall outside diameter of 210mm and an inside diameter of 146mm. The thickness would need to be rim 14mm at the inside diameter for the base height where the 4 bolt holes are. From the outer most edge to 12mm inward is where it would need to step up (from the backside) 8mm.

I have a broken example that could be brought for a better understanding.

One of the cheapest machine shops we deal with is called Oakland Machine. They are near Pontiac Airport and I know it isn't Macomb, but they do pretty good work. They can make whatever you are looking for from a hand sketch.
