Where to get locking hubs locally or fast?

I just pulled off my wheels for my truck (97 Ranger, Supercab 4x4), and the hubs came out with them. I'm not sure if they're damaged or not, seems like they would be if they came out that easily.

Does anyone know how much it would be if I were to buy these from the dealership?
What about manual locking hubs? Any store have these in stock?
For the WARN's, do I need a conversion kit?

Thanks.

some are held on by the wheels, and nothing is wrong when the slide off...........

you sure yours are bad?

I want something that would work in winter, but I don't want to spend too much money. When I pulled the wheel off, half the hub came along with it. I wish I could assemble it together, I'd rather do that to save money.

The way is on is like so:

Rotor -> Spindle Nut -> Auto Locking Hub -> Two washers -> C-clip and then the Cap that has five-holes for the wheel studs -> Rim. Can I just assemble everything back on, and then put the cap on? It looks like a washer broke, and a small piece might've falled off on part of the hub. Would it stilll work?

I mean, I don't understand what the point of the automatic hub is. The axle-spline goes into the splined-cap, which connects to the studs, that turns the wheels. Is there something I'm missing?

On a side note, I found that the Dana 35 I have on my Ranger is the same as what many Jeep's have. Are there any Warn dealers around? I'm looking for part #28068X. Does Mid5 sell other Warn products?

off-hand i'd say oem auto-hubs will run you about $200-225 per side. that's a wholesale price. they're more than, say, a warren manual hub, but i like the convenience of the auto hub.
