Where to find a secluded lakehouse rental

Trying to plan a late summer weekend getaway to somewhere secluded..... Far away from computers and smartphones.

I am struggling to find a cottage to rent. Anyone rent a place before that they really liked? Recommendations?
 
Rose city resorts. In rose city. On a small private lake no TV no Internet. 3 nice houses. Husband and wife run it, they live on the property. They also own the hardware store in rose city. Nicest people on the damn planet, wife leaves warm cookies in the kitchen the day you check in, their kids chop all the fire wood you want and deliver it.
