Where can i get some good headlight bulbs?

For my 99 mustang, I cant see for shit when im driving...its not the angle of the lights either, who makes some really bright preferebly blue tint light bulbs for my car? i see some on ebay but i dont want to buy some BS..

The best lighting for all weather is the stock headlights.

Your eyes cannot see the blue spectrum like they can see yellow, thats why most european cars have yellow headlights/foglights. And thats why the oem doesn't use blue bulbs. I've gone thru all of this in the past year. Went from stock to some super bright blue bulbs, then to silverstars, which are much better than blues, but in all actuality the stock replacement bulbs work the best in all weather. The silverstars seem brighter because they are a higher wattage.
 
The blue lights only have 2/3 the light output of the regular ones. Sylvania does make the best bulbs in general, but you don't see that much variation betwen manufacturers.

sliverstars are awsome!! they made in huge difference in my trans am(sold) and in my grand cherroke!! they are worth the money!
