Whats this wire for?????

I found this single orange wire in a mesh sheathing stuck between the upper and lower intake on my 91 mustang 5.0. Any idea what its for or to? It comes out of the same harness as the injector harness and oil sender. I thought it was from the oil sender but that wire doesn't look orange.

That would be for the optional Flux Capacitor.

Looks like it might be the HEGO (O2 sensor) ground
