been really busy with this, The PPO was granted but i have to wait until i pick it up tomorrow morning to see what the terms are, i sure hope its approved on all terms requested. jared called me today and told me to hurry up and get him the papers, he wants to turn them over to his "lawyer" and that his lawyer says he has nothing to worry about because he can be kicked out, guess we will see tomorrow.

so i got the PPO and its all granted on the terms we needed, but now my brother is creating a huge problem, calling and texting everyone that hes going to kill himself now and that its my fault. had my dad call me and scream at me and threaten me....im so sick of this shit, if it werent for my mom i would just move the fuck away from here. anyway now i need to get the ppo served to him.

yup. this, and he's trying to drum up support against you so that you might not want to serve him the papers after all. And quite honestly, man...I wouldn't call his suicide threats anything other than what it actually is...either a complete cry for attention (if he's not serious) or a blessing in disguise (if he is). Sorry, that's just my 2 cents.

The shitty thing is that my dad has been talking to me daily and ageeing with everything going on, then out of no where calls me and starts going off on me because he had setup to meet with my brother and try to work some things out with him (which i had no idea my dad did this) and after i told my brother the PPO was granted he called my dad and told him he didnt need to worry about meeting him, hes taking his life now and everyone can be happy hes gone etc. etc. regardless im thrilled the PPO is granted, and cant wait to have it served and enforced. hopefully this mess will start to pan out soon.

we have before, and hes been taken to the hospital for evaluation were he just gets out and then my parents get a hospital bill for thousands of dollars.
