What wheels?

I like the chrome better. Chrome is badass. I used to never care for it, until I bought Bullit wheels for my yellow notchback. Sweeeet!
 
NOT the black ones.

Dont like black wheels on a BRIGHT color car

as a general rule I dislike chrome/polished (I hate my mustangs wheels) I like silver painted aluminum wheels like my Tbird has I think that would look KILLER on your FR500's
 
i like the black better, but anything looks better then the wheels elise bought it with, by the way i drove your car alot....ha..oh and played in the back....i hope you cleaned it up good.

I have silver Cobra R's on my black 96 Cobra. So stealth. (look at avatar)

I'd post a pic, but I don't want to hi-jack.

I wanted silver FR500's on my yellow coupe, but with the 2001 axle in a notchback the offset isn't correct on FR's to fit under there. They would have stuck out. :sad:
 
I would say post up the pic that might help this gentelman decide what he wants to do. (I personally find taht helpful but its not my therad either)

ive seen a few cobras with the silver and like them as well. hard to come by used and i cant see myself buying silver wheels brand new.

Yeah i know. I drove my car a lot before it was my car also. And im sure you and i are not the only ones she had in the back of that car. i try not to think about that.

Jamie, you don't need to go to the CCW level to have a good looking, well made wheel. Ill dig around my wheel whore sites. Do you want to stick to the mesh ish look, or are you open to something else?
 
i dont care anything nice . i dont like the ccw bc its pricey its one of the only wheels that really jumps out at me that i like,
 
cobra r's look good on those style mustangs only IMO

I say keep the black fr500's, work on the go fast mods. Or get the 18" saleens, cant go wrong with those, they just dont have a lip.

Of the two choices, the black ones seem to stand out better with the color of your car
Being the same wheels, they both are going to look good, just the black ones flow better with your color
