I am a pretty big Pearl Jam fan. The actual meaning of the song is unknown. It is improvised and sometimes switched around during live performances. Vedder essentially uses his voice as an instrument. The song was named after Vedders friend Tim Ledbetter.

It's a GREAT song. :rockwoot:
