What to do with old cds and dvds?

I've been trying to clean out the basement and purge things that I haven't used/needed in a while. I ripped most of my cds to my computer years ago and haven't put a cd in my daily drivers in almost a decade. I think it's time to get rid of them but not sure what to do with them. I'd hate to just throw everything away. Are there any used cd stores on the west side that buy? Anybody here interested? What are classic rock and '90s grunge discs worth these days?

I'm not sure if any are worth anything, but Hot Hits in Roseville buys used CDs and DVDs as far as I know. If push comes to shove, you could always donate them to the Salvation Army or something.

I'm in the same boat. Such a large collection of CDs and DVDs. Little to no use on any of them. I can't bring myself to throw them away though.

That place is still open? How. Lol.

I donated a ton of VHS tapes in 2015, they were worth a fortune according to my accountant, something rediculous like 10-15 bucks each or something. Same with CDs & DVDs.

Got me, they manage to stay in business somehow lol

Edit: looks like they're closed

Lol. I was gonna say. Record time down the road closed they're doors years ago and they were a bigger player at the time.

I remember going to hot hits back in 91 and the lady was trying to sell us some ICP tapes. Haha. I was like "who the Hell is ICP?"

Let me borrow them for a few days...I'll come pick em up.
I have a bunch as well that I am going through and backing up.
