what many horses can a 4l60 trans hold?

A properly built and tuned 4l60 can go a long way. I personally have 10+ 9 second 60s in my fleet. At one point my personal vette had 70+ 9 second passes on it and its still running today. We (RPM and I) haved one we built thats gone 9.0Xs at 160mph that held together all last season at a race weight at 3575. Now when you start getting down there you should certainly expect maintainance rebuilds etc. But compared to replacing clutch, t56 rebuilds etc we have come out way ahead. Also, optional gear ratios and transbrakes are available to those "in the know"

I know about the optional planets from CK performance. I talk to Chris on occassion.

My 60e still leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I hope I never ever have to see one of their garbage 3-4 clutch packs again :uzi:
