The engine is blown apart right now. I'm having the heads done, a cam installed and blueprinting the bottom end. Hell, a stock Studebaker short block is stronger than most 'built' ones. But at 650lbs and only 300 CID, I'll be happy with 300 HP at the wheels.

Does this thread count if your car is in pieces in the garage because someone took on a big project thinking it would be done by now?
 
474 PONTIAC motor, Kauffman spec'd and a 100 shot off sauce all wrapped up in a '69 GTO I picked up back in '03 from a guy in Warren. Ran 11:20's on the motor yet on the sauce...I'm not sure...

My soon-to-be-DD will be stock rebuilt bottom end w/ heads & cam
My never-to-be-completed 94 Formula is a built engine w/ supercharger
