Joe has the genetics to always be lean. The kid (no joke) can eat garbage and ALWAYS have a six pack. He's a little guy. I think he's in the 150lb range.

150lbs? Damn, I'm 195lbs and his arms are bigger than mine. I've got some defined 15" arms, but I swear that pic of his arms has got to be bigger than mine...I dunno...I also read the camera adds 10lbs...:lol:

This is true lol. I eat whatever I want to be honest. You're also around the right weight range--gained a few pounds with my workout and protein shakes so I'm about 160 now, goal is about 175 by mid-summer.

What's a diet? Lmao. I eat whatever's in my fridge and sometimes double cheese burgers at lunch when I'm at work haha. I'm very blessed to have those kind of genes. I think it's also from playing sports since i was in elementary. I'm always active, even now.

I honestly now work out 5 days a week. My cardio is basketball, that pretty much takes care of it for me. I do that first for about an hour or less(sometimes more if there are people on the court) then I go into my benches, curls, rows etc. I lift heavy at first then go down and up the reps every set. After I'm finished working out I usually try to eat some pasta or some kind of food and drink a protein shake within 30min of me ending my workout.

Good work man! I have the same type of genes. I'm a hardgainer as well. I weigh around 165-170 right now at 5'7''. I would like to be around a max of 195-200lbs but I try not to gain any fat during my training. Thats my biggest downfall. I could be much bigger and weigh more but I prefer to be ripped more than just thick. I don't even look at the scale anymore. I try to go by what my body tells me and that seems to work out better for me. It can get pretty damn expensive trying to gain weight too. All the protein bars and shakes add up quick! Thats another reason why I can't really gain weight right now...too friggin' poor LOL!

:lol: You said you're 160lbs, but when I saw the pic I guessed you were around 180-185lbs. I don't know man, your arms definately look bigger. One thing I know is I do NOT have your 6 pack, or a 2 pack....lol

Be careful...when I was a youngin I could eat or drink whatever. I actually did the weight gaining shakes and all that when I was working out. Everyone told me....one day it will catch up to you. Once I got to the mid 30's I can't eat whatever I want without suffering the consequences :lol:

Yours might be bigger, who knows. It's funny how definition makes certain parts look bigger/smaller than others. Mass in some places make other places look smaller. For example, I have a VERY hard time getting my midsection as lean as I'd like...so I just keep making my back, neck, shoulders, and chest bigger. Makes my midsection look smaller. :D
