What I've Been Doing With My Time Away.

You know.....that's exactly what I'm thinking I'm gonna have to do. I hate cardio like you do and I hate ab workouts, I might as well just lift weights and continue hitting the heavy bag.:cheers:

I do cardio and abs 5 days a week. Don't think for one minute I miss those workouts. I just can't get the results I want. :lol:
