What is the biggest lift cam....

I can put in a stock 1973 Corvette 350? Heads are 202 / 160's. Without any clearance issues.

3/4 race cam. lol...
Sounds like a question for crane or comp cams
Some of the manufacturers have a hot line that could accurately answer that question.

You still need to check P/V no matter what anyone tells you.

Yup, and even more so is the agressiveness of the lobes (ramp rates).
