What happened to all the old street racers???

I heard recently that Gutskey was real sick and not doing well. A SUPER good guy who has fallen on some hard times. Too bad. The Camaro is long gone from what I understand.

Well that sucks! I hope he gets better! Very nice guy! He used to crack me up... There was a time when the Camaro was his only car so I guess it would make it the first 9 second daily driver

Anyone know Billy Cobb?

Ya. I know billy. See him a ton every year all all over town. I have a old magazine with his car in it. Early 90's i wanna say. Says the car went 9.27 and street driving everywhere, witch is true. He drove it all over the street.

Don't forget Dave with that Yellow '32 ford Coupe. Supercharged SBC. I loved that car and he would unleash that fucker almost every weekend. Telegraph will never be like it was in the '90's. Sad.

I grew up down on Telegraph! From Todd's Shake your money maker firebird to his Camaro. Can't forget Zig zag in the white Firebird also.

Well see I just thought it was cause I'm getting old but the late 80's-Early 90's were pretty damn fun times on telegraph! Plymouth Road or Joy used to get a hell of a work out then:gr_jest: Fridays at Detroit Dragway were pretty Damn fun also.
Oh well I guess that's why to me the Telegraph cruise means way more to me than any of the other ones

Yep corvettes lot used to be packed! Then after that White Castle/Farmer Jacks at 96 and Telegraph was the place to go. Go up to Telegraph now and try to park in a lot and you get to leave with a ticket:crap:

Chris is on here. I remember watching them race until the sun came up. They use to get wore out by Mike Testani with his 86 GT. (He hates when I bring that up)
