there is something that holds this tube into place on the intake manifold but i have no clue what it is. i need to get this back together today before it gets dark out. help me out. its a 98 pontiac montana.

there is a rubber grommet that is supposed to stay on that plastic piece, and it is held in the hole by the throttle cable bracket
