what fluid to use in a T5

I used standard Dexron/Mercon forever, then switched to Motorcraft Mercon V, Had no problems the last 3 years. Thats just my experience though.
 
ams oil full synthetic, switch over to this in a friends car and went to a synthetic 10w 30 in the rear instead of gear oil (this is a bracket car no street driving) car picked up 2 mph on average an a tenth.
