What do you use to rip A/V from DVD's?

I need to pull some audio from a DVD, but have never done it before. What do I need to do it?

you could always create a backup of the disk via an *.ISo file from DVDShrink...it's free software

I'm a fan of DVDDecrypter for DVD backups, but for what you need imToo should work.

I'm just trying to pull a small sound clip off a movie so I can have someone versed in old country music tell me where I could find songs like it.
