What a dick...

WTF!!! At the end he didn't even ask if he could search the vehicle, he just said "I need to take a look in here"
 
First off he wasn't doing what the officer was asking him to do, he was trying to debate everything with the officer (the side of the road is not the time for that, thats what court is for), he was also walking back towards his car with his hands in his pocket. The cop did what he was trained to do.
 
ehh at first i thought the cop was a little rough but that kid was a whiney bitch. trying to talk his way out of a ticket. Count how many times he refuses to do what the cop says.
 
Last i recalled isint your decision weather or not you sign a ticket and accept responsibilty for it before you take it to court? maybe different in different states but that cop is a power tripping asshat that could use a good ass whippin

I'm kinda confused why the cop couldn't answer him when he asked how fast he was going, seems simple enough. :dontknow:
 
OK, if you are gonna try to debate with a cop, dont put your hands in your pocket. Also, if a cop has a taser gun out, dont walk away like he isnt gonna shoot it. After he pulls the tazer gun, simply do as he says.
 
The guy didn't use much common sense, but the cop still crossed the line with his authority IMO. He was in no direct danger and should have explained how things work to the guy before he tazed him.
