Western Union money order.....Cashing it?

Sold some parts to a dude in Riverdale,Mi and he paid with a western union money order.....I'm not that worried since it was only $80 and he's kinda local....

He didn't seem that shady through texts, but u never no.

But where can I cash this thing before I ship the parts?
 
your bank or CU should be able to cash it. They might want to hold it a day or two. Delay shipping accordingly.

Can't you cash a western union money order at any place that sells them?

The only money orders I accept are United States Postal money orders,
those can be cashed at any Post Office, no waits, no holds.

Me Too and those are the only one's I pay with also.
 
I had some left over 383 stroker stuff out of a Camaro.
....I really hated giving them away...

alot harder than it seems.

Went to Meijer, they only cash ones that are purchased from Meijer. Mine is from a 7/11
Went to a 7/11. They said they cant cash it, because they only cash money orders that were purchased from them. I asked them to look at mine, it looks legit, but they told me to just goto my bank.
Will have to go to my bank.

Seems like these are fucked up.
