well that was a lesson learned

tuesday me and the wife go to american freight...pick out couches and a kitchen table. pay for it all on the spot....then they ask when we would like it delivered....we say wendsday around 6 that way i can get home from work and get all the old shit out......they say ok we have you down around 6.....we leave. now wendsday around around 3 o clock all the problems start, thy call my wife saying they will be at my house to deliver it..shes informs them that im at work and she has 3 kids she baby sits so she cant move them out by herself....they tell her they can do it for 45 bucks....at this point im kinda thinking maybe they are trying to corner her to spend more money. any way she calls american freight and talks to the manager and he says he will take care of it and we will be delivered around 6....4 o clock rolls around now the delivery guy is calling my phone saying oh well we are delivering it now...needless to say me and him get into it...i call back american freight and get another apology and promise for 6.....7 o clock rolls around and nothing...the guy calls and says they had an emergency at the warehouse which i understand shit happens, says it should be 9 when it comes. 10 o clock rolls around and they tell us they had an emergency delivery and it will b just a bit longer...now im getting pissed....the shit showed up at 1130 at night. im going ape shit on them tommarow.....ok rant over
 
your lucky you got your stuff, my best friend ordered alot of stuff from them and and 75% of it either had defects or was broken, but you get what you pay for, I was gonna go there because we have one down the road, but after reading all the reviews online i decieded to go somewhere else.

i figured my buddys 40 foot enclosed would be a little overkill lol.....i didnt even think of asking if someone on here would let me use an open trailor

yeah ill never get anything from them again...on a plus note everything is in great shape and i got it all lol
