Dude - no shit! OSHA for DAMN sure will be having a FIELD day... It's not like he rammed that thing at full speed, and the whole thing came crashing down!!!
 
I once saw a contract guy drive a brand new truck into a pole inside our building. He got out. grabbed his stuff and left. He knew he was fired.
Another time a guy drove a fork lift into a pole at full speed with a pallet full of rotors.
HAHA we looked up to see rotors rolling all over the shop

I had one. A guy that is a member on here removed the dock plate from the truck I was loading when I went to break. After break I came back to finish loading the truck and dropped about a foot into the truck. Man them hi-lo's have great suspension. I was 6'2" now i'm 5'9".
 
haha I forgot about that story
we had just moved into a new building. The normal hilo driver was busy so a mechanic went to unload a truck. Everyone heard a loud noise but that was nothing abnormal. About 5 minutes later the guy came back and asked how to get the forklift back out of the truck.
HAHA he drove into the truck without lowering the dock
 
had something like that happen when i worked in Aco hardware's warehouse 4 stories of pallet stacked topsoil came down i was about 20 ft away scared the shit out of me and i made the same kind of mood that guy did, dive for cover
 
Ive seen shit like this happen all the time at work... once we had a black out at work and while the driver was going down the isle the lights went out and he ran into a roof drain and basically flooded half the plant.

Or when the tuggy with the small parts trailers go around a corner too quick and all the components (bolts, splash sheilds, bushings..) scatter across the floor.

I have seen 2 racks of brake corners for the CTS with brembo brakes get dumped because of a faulty dock plate... oops..
