I went through airgas and I think it was 58$ a year and if rented for 3 years they offered a locked in argon rate. This was for a standard full size tank. Give airgas or South Park welding supply a call are what they say.

Small tank at harbor freight is $90(empty) I need one myself and a regulator as well.good luck
