weird idle and crazy miss

I cant figure this out, I thought maybe it was the o2 sensors so i changed them but it didnt work. it has a wierd idle and while driving will start to miss seems like on a few cylinders, if I give it gas it runs fine just when Im not really under load it misses. I get a code for ecessive lean mixture on a both o2 sensors. the thing is it comes and goes, last time it happend was about a month ago and it just started doing it again yesterday. my next guess would be injectors, i guess ill throw this question in while im at it, if I go with these am I gonna need to retune ithttp://www.americanmuscle.com/vehip...%2024lb%20%2889-04%20V8%29%20%A0%5E1%5E219.99. thanks for the help-Gary :beerchug: +1's

I clean the maf pretty regularly. im gonna check for an intake/ vacuum leak 2moro i just dont know where it would be leaking from nothings been changed or moved. got any good ways to check for a leak, the only way i know is to spray some break cleaner in spots and listen
 
I have acess to a scan tool, the only codes that popped up were o2 sensor codes saying lean condition. nothing about a miss in the history or present codes. I checked for a vacuum leak and couldnt find anything. I used a 3m chem tune up(intake iv style cleaner and in tank injector cleaner) and it seems to be helping. so im leaning more towards the injectors.
it has hooker full lengths roush CIA, granetelli plenum, No cats just dumped flows.

Pics of siad CIA and does it remount the meter into a different housing ? If so that car might just need a calibration. If you can get data from the ECU can you get the Baro Hz and Baro KPa for me ?

it doesnt move the maf this is the only pic I had on the computer, if you need a better one I can get it. the maf mounts just outside the pic just like the stocker but instead of the airbox being right there it has an elbow that puts the filter in the fender well

ill try to get that info today, somebody droped the laptop so our good scanner is broke right now idk if the little one will have it or not but ill try. the only thing is Its been the same for almost two years and this problem just popped up like two or three months ago. the cleaner seemed to help some its not going into heavy miss anymore just a light once every few seconds miss.
 
Sounds like the CIA ducting is cuasing maf noise problems and affecting infered barometer. you have 2 options. Put the maf in a area where it has 10x the diamater in front of and behind it in straight pipe of find a way to put the GM hexcel screen in front of it.
