I don't expect anything for free. I don't work for free and don't expect anyone else to either.
I'm looking for a decent/fair/reasonable deal and the job to be done properly.
I've gotten completely fucked by so many supposed great shops it's frightening.
There's a shop that you can find on the local news giving car advice who is so lazy and pathetic that the back of my car nearly fell off after they worked on it. Apparently finger tight suspension bolts are perfectly fine, in their view.

lol I'll have to check my receipt but I think they charged me $40, maybe $80
They charged me $240 today to replace the rubber mounts on the top of my shocks. ($237.80 to be exact)

Some people were easier to deal with then others. You acted like I could've told you I'd need the rest of eternity to get your car done and you were going to be cool with it.

I'm pretty sure when he came in it was in someone else's car he just claimed as his own. It was all put together way too nicely and in a way that made mechanical sense.

yea the price doubled from the time Chris gave me a quote to the time I picked up my car.
He said something about 18" rims before more expensive to change then he thought or something like that.
