That sucks. I met him a while back when a friend of mine bought a windsor motor off him. Super cool guy. RIP.

My condolences go out to John's family and friends for the loss of a good man at way to young an age. JT is what MM is all about. He was a true car guy that would go out of his way to help a brother or sister in need of skills or knowledge about the hobby we all love. He's car was a piece of art that anyone would have been proud to call his own. The detail and beauty could match any around here and yet he would go thrash that baby on the street like it was ment to be driven. I've been lucky over the years to get to know many good people here and JT was just one of those that would go out of his way to help someone. We were lucky that his family was kind enough to share him with us because we all struggle with life balance around here for sure.
JT was a big contributor for the the ThunderStang Pinks car in terms of parts and build knowledge. He built the rear end out of spare parts for the club and donated his backup C4 trans for the car. He did all the leg work to get the drive shaft updated as well. He even loaned us the converter out of his car so that we could get out testing done to prep for the race. We ripped it out one late night after work while he was squeezing the most of his time into the project that he could afford in between caring for and being with his beautiful family. We even had his mom out there the garage helping us. There is nothing more telling about the quality of the man you have become when your mom will come out to the garage to hand you tools on late night scramble.
It saddens me that we have lost a good family man and friend. Rick, please let us know if there is ever anything we can do for JT's family.
