how mental is this woman, she doesn't want her boyfriend killed, but the other woman, who may or may not have been more than just friends.

makes perfect sense.

MESA, Ariz. - A 22-year-old woman was arrested after authorities say she tried to hire someone to kill another woman whose photo appeared on her boyfriend's MySpace.com Web page.

Heather Michelle Kane was booked Tuesday for investigation of conspiracy to commit murder, Mesa Detective Jerry Gissel said.

She was arrested after she met an undercover Mesa police detective at a grocery store, gave the officer $400 and offered to pay an additional $100 once the woman had been killed, according to court records.

The records say Kane gave the undercover officer photographs taken from her boyfriend's social networking Web page of the woman she wanted killed. She also requested a photo of the woman's dead body.

It wasn't clear if the boyfriend and the targeted woman were romantically involved, Gissel said.

lol $500 to kill someone...and she thought it was legit? lmao

that was my first thought too.. not that i'd know what it really costs.. :icon_eek:

Is any b/f or g/f really worth going to the pen over? I don't think so.

Of course I'm not talking about self defense type situations, just holding onto somebody so strongly that you'd risk going to the clink.

I believe going rate for murder done right and not getting caught is around 50 large. Not 50 large value meals but 50 grand...she missed that class.

I'd go away for my wife if it ever came down to it. :dunno: Fortunately she's not the type of person who would ever put me in a situation like that. She's crazy, but kind. :D

Not if it's getting done right...if you want to end up in jail for ordering a hit, then yeah you can do it for a lot less. I'm sure J-dawg on 8 mile would do it for a line of coke but he also likes to talk? lol He would turn on you in a second if it meant getting off for the possession charge that they booked him on before he started running his mouth...

I watch all the detective and crime shows and the ones that aren't solved are the ones that paid the $$$ to have it done right...

The only way to truly have it done right would be to do it yourself and plan it out well before hand.

I truly believe that if someone wanted to commit a murder, and get away with it, they absolutely could. It would be beyond easy. But people are lazy, stupid, and sloppy.

**btw, I do not condone of crimes of any kind, especially murder, I was just saying**

Killing without motive is easy to get away with...but then what's the point unless you're just a serial killer type? lol

The problem is the people you would kill would require some sort of motive...and then it's easy to trace back to you...that's the bitch of it all...LOL
