Im new to all this but I want 5-600 to the wheels, currently im on a stock block with comp270 cams,8lbs p1sc/intercooled, full bolt ons and making 400/411 whp tuned by lidio at alternative.
Was looking at this kit at mmr for $1699....(Unless someone has a better option)
MMR Street Mod 750SE 4.75 Liter Forged Stroker Rotating assembly
This is everything you need except a block to assemble a complete forged shortblock, this kit has the same parts as the MMR Street Mod 750SE shortblock but in a do it yourself kit. Available in all piston oversizes for 1996-2009 2V, 3V or 4V
Includes:
1500HP US Made 4.75 Liter Forged Crankshaft ( 8 bolt) NOT CHINESE like the inferior EAGLE brand.
MMR 4340 Forged I-beam Rods with ARP HARDWARE-up to 750HP
Manley Forged Pistons with tool steel Pins (any compression ratio)
Total Seal Rings
Clevite Performance Rod and Main bearings
1 year Warranty
Should I just keep my block or try to get the teskid block?
Was prolly just going to reuse my top end of the motor unless I can find some good deals on heads and a diff intake.
For anyone with knowledge on this what are your opinions and what do you think the cost would be to clean up my block or get a teskid block and do the assembly.....im trying to do this on the budget side of things but please give me some options/opinions. Bear with me if I didn't put enough info in here.
Thanks,
Lonny
