Drinking the LoLions Kool Aid
Looking for something decent, with a good battery, and something that I can take with me on my military travels and in general.

Anybody?
 
how much you looking at spending? I sell refurbished laptops like D600, D610's, and D620's all for under $350 or so including a 6 month warranrty

All I recommend doing is upgrading the ram but $299.99 for a brand NEW laptop and 1 year manufactures warranty is nice :)

That is definitely a good deal, but the machine is a little on the slow side. I personally would rather have a Dell D620 or D630 which are faster and rock solid. I have three of them here at the house 2 - D620's (wife and Kids) and a D630 (Mine) and all are great. If you could get a D620 for $300 I would pick one up since they are $1200 or more new. Just my 2 cents and figured I would throw it in :gossip:
 
Dan, what are you looking to do with this laptop? I may be able to hook you up. Just talk to Justin to see how he likes the laptop I hooked him up with.

I just want something decent, reliable, quick, and good battery. Nothing too flashy or expensive, not going to use it for anything more than regular internet/email and maybe a game or two. Need something to take with me like for my car and my military travels and such.
