I might just repair my 305 and put it back in. Compression was in between 155-160 on all 8, after dismantling it the only thing we found wrong were bad valve stem seals. There was still crosshatch on the cylinder walls. I'd like to find a 350 to toss in though, because the 305 was just miserably slow and zero fun.
