I've always wanted one. I'd rather have a Ford 4cyl, but I'd entertain the thought of a VW engine. I'm not looking for one with a body. I'm looking for a sand rail style that I could make street legal.
 
Try dune-buggy.com or thesamba.com. Both sites have a pretty good classified section for rails. I had a street legal sandrail afew years ago. Hella-fun. Doesnt take much power for some monster wheelies too. Try finding one that is (or was) street legal already. Pain in the ass jumping through those hoops.

I tried to send you pictures last night but it didn't work I am goin to try from a friends house later. It looks like the first one you can click on from lon who sent that from craigslist but mine is a four seater and street legal give me a call if you are interested. Thanks 810-824-1826
