Nope....
The COP harness is "grouped" together for the 4V to fit under the Covers...
The Coil polarity is different..
The Injector connectors are different also...
The NON 03/04 Cobra had the Knock Sensors...

I'm goin for the production look and I'm runnin USCAR Injectors...Don't know how yer not smokin Coils....Unless ya switched the wires someplace....

Have yet to somke a Coil or anything else, and its been like that since 97!
Ive done a few of these and havent had problems with any of them either

Dunno bout the 98 and older cars...
All I've werked on is the 99 and newer and the coil polarity is diff...

I did a 2000 GT-Terminator Swap using the Factory GT Harness just spliced a few Wires and it ran perfect. Lido tuned it , made 570hp 3 years ago and its still running great!
All the guys over at Corral.net are doing the same as well with the harnesses...

Circuit 1118 still powers the coils...
I've got a 2001 Cobra Engine Harness and a 2002 GT Engine Harness...
The Coil wires are reversed....

What Computer Are using To run the Car? I used a GT Harness and computer, Wired it up like The GT would like it! all the plugs are the same, (even the same colors) all you really have to do is make them longer. the cobra harness looks better though So I just spliced in the COP Wire harness to make it look nicer, and just made the TPS and IAC wires Longer...

I'm usin da 03 Cobra Computer....I wanna log all the sensors with my Xcal.... IAT1 and IAT2....
Basiclally I took a 03 Cobra EEC Harness and stripped all the BS I wasnt usin...
Same with my coupe...Took a 99 Auto EEC harness and wired to my 03 Cobra Engine Harness..Cept some of the 03 Cobra sensors I couldnt use,cuz of the 4R70W Trans Harness.... Usin a 04 MACH 1 AUTO computer for that..
Not worried with this one, since I'm goin Manual VB on this one....
