A buddy of mine smoked the engine in his F-150. The truck has close to 200k, but is in great shape so he wants to throw another one in. Anyone?

Thanks for the business! I just bought a 2007 F150, but it's got a 4.6L in it. I have a parts only 5.4L 3V here, but the block is cracked at a couple of mounting ears, so we cannot sell it as a runner. Heads are really the only thing good.

I can locate one if he wants me to.
