VP ms109 Somethings Not Right?!

i bought a 5 gallon of ms109 and was pouring into the gas can, maybe im wrong but is it supposed to look like this at the bottom?

Smart move...

It's always cheaper to screen the gas one time before dumping it into your car that way you know if the lining broke or not inside the can...
