Vote last night in Lansing.

So some groups I follow on Facebook apparently went to Lansing last night to protest against Lansing becoming a sanctuary city. Supposedly there was a vote on it last night. Has this made the news at all!?

The true issue at hand is ILLEGAL immigration, yet the article only says the word "illegal" once, in a quote from a concerned resident......I'm sure this was just an innocent mistake by the "journalist" who wrote it, and not at all a deliberate attempt to make anyone concerned about this look like a xenophobe.....

Not an innocent mistake at all. A few years back the press decided to replace the word "illegal" with "undocumented" for describing immigrants. Since Obama was pretty much letting everyone stay anyways, it was just a matter of documentation.

Snyder wants immigrants. This is his plan to repopulate the state. And he doesn't care if they are Muslim or Mexican.

Funny you mention this.....after 2008, I've always felt that, if it wasn't for union/government/corporate welfare jobs, Michigan would have been abandoned.

Yea, I think we have a couple years left. We are definitely at the peak of the current business cycle, though. This is one of the longest expansions we have had in a LONG time.

Who knows, if North Korea lobs a nuke at Japan or Russia invades Belarus all bets are off and things could go spinning out again.
