yeah that was gibbys car. trying to get it to hook. only a 1.7 60ft. so we have been wroking on it. couldnt get any fair races with it last night. plus we broke it kinda when the bearing on the blower brace siezed and it tore up the from on the blower but they got a different bolt in it and we got to make a few more passes.
 
Looks like a blast though one of these days Ill get my fat ass out to one.Hope to get my car done by next year?It would have ben done by now but got the new house,new boat all in the same year so that was about 30 grand i didnt plan on spending when I bought the stang and it needs to be done from the ground up but Im gathering the parts little at a time,shit I havent even played cards in about 4 months!

Yes it was but im at 26 and gratiot now so its alot farther and have 3 kids now the girls are twins 3,and a baby boy 8 mnths so time is not that easy to come by and they dont care if your up to 4 am at a casino they still get up at 7.But im not complanin there great my shit will be slow for a little but we will get it there going to get marks slug in the 9s hopeflly this year(if I drive it)then do mine over the winter.

it got close to the wall on the big end, i thought the mirror was gonna brush it. what happened was the motor torqued and hit the steering shaft with the headers so it was hard to steer. we are fixxing that today so it wont happen again

Was that the car owner saying "stay in it Johny"?

I would imagine the worst part about driving someone else's car for cash is when to lift and when to stay in it. Test and tune is no biggie since there's no negative consequence for lifting.

yeah that was him. he knows i wouldnt fuck up his shit. it wasnt that bad, it just steered to the left is all, if it started swerving i would have got out of it but it was alright.
