Vette Under Construction

Sup guys,

Few guys wanted to see some pics of the car and its progress, some of you guys know of the incident that happened few years ago, because of it and being busy with college, i wasn’t able to bring the car out for few years after being done . i couldn’t make up my mind of keeping the car and buying a different car and put my motor and trans in it, or just fix the vette and try to get it right this time. Anyways I finaly made up my mind last summer and decided to put it back together and try to get it right. The car still has the same motor in it, I just redid everything else from back of the car all the way to ever single bolt in front, nothing that’s on the car right now was what I had on it few years ago. I pretty much started with a $15000 car that’s when I bought it 6 years ago and took it apart and made a race car out of it . I would’ve been better off buying a car from a junk yard. Anyways here you go ill post some more recent pics soon when I get a chance, and maybe a video of the motor running. :secret::icon_wink

Cousin, I like the vette.. You don't see many bad ass, built vettes, plus they are light, and aerodynamic

i know, i love the car . almost everyone i know told me to sell it and buy a real car. should be fun summer.

thanks man, thats what i use to always say. I couldve easily built a different car for a lot less , but wanted to be build something different . the car is on the ground now just needs a paint job, and the carb and shes ready to run ... :bigthumb:
 
cool car something different,i know a guy in romulus does cages out of his barn.mig welds not tig,but they cert,he does pretty nice work for less money.
he's building a vette right now should go 7's, his name is waynard shreve,if your interested i will p.m. you his number.
