it might be, i didnt end up getting it. I need to pm him back. My fiance forgot about the data plan and decided not to get it.
 
Matt the phone is still for sale. I have given everyone that has emailed or pm'd or posted they wanted it time to get back to me and not one person has. If you want it just let me know and I will ship it to you tonight. You should have it tomorrow. If your happy with it when you get it just give the money to Dan Divens and I will get it from him next time I'm up that way.

Yes, I just picked up a Limited F150 and an Escape a couple months ago from him. I'll ship it out to you at the dealership tonight with my paypal info.
