So to make a long story short, my girlfriend is on a family plan with her parents and anytime she comes to visit me, out of state, if anyone tries to call her you get "the number you are trying to reach has been disconnected or changed"
It doesn't go to voice mail or anything. The weird part is she can send and receive text messages, make outgoing phone calls, and we found out today that if her phone is off it will in fact go to her voicemail.
She tried asking verizon about it and all they said was call from a different phone when it's happening, but they still can't figure it out.
Anyone ever hear of anything like this or have this happen to them? Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
