verizon blackberry pearl new

Do you have a dealer license to be selling these?
If I buy one and it doesn't work, will you be able to get Verizon to warranty it for me?

You have to sign a two year contract, plus pay $149 for the phone and you have to sign up for a data package for 3 mths to get that price. So if you have to pay $175 cancellation fee, $150 for the phone and $90 in data plans, thats almost $400. Its $350 OBO, I got dicked over by verizon so much already, I figured i'd pick up one of these, because I have the new every two credit, and i just bought a new phone out of contract. Thanks for trolling......guess I can just put it up on ebay.

It would be new from verizon, you would get the one year manufacturers warranty on it, then if you wanted to get insurance through verizon. I don't see why I would have to be a dealer, i don't have a bunch, just one that I would use my upgrade credit to get since I already purchased a phone at full retail price about 9 months ago.
