So, does anyone know much about these, and has anyone used one? What are the stipulations on modest housing for the area? That seems pretty subjective to me. How is that defined?

I have closed 3 of these loans this year. They are very easy and allow you to move into a home with NO down payment. There are stips to the program, a few of them are.......... Income limit, area on when you can purchase ( North of 26 mile is all approved ). If you have any questions, please feel free to call

So these are 100% financed homes? Wasn't that part of the problem with the current housing crisis?
 
no theres a bunch of rules with these, they have a modest cap on them and they apr is usually pretty low. reason i am curious is because all of ortonville is eligible. theres a website that has a map for what areas are eligible.
