Update on the neighbor that assaulted my wife

Well, they got off without any trouble. One of the neighbors said my wife pushed the girl first, I know it is not true but what can you do. Only witness is one of their friends, I expected this. As for that guy, he just better stay clear of my house and my family.

I am really let down that a WARREN detective would actually believe that a 30 year old would walk up with her 4 year old daughter and start a fight with a minor. WOW, I am blown away. I hope nobody accidentally runs into my fist !!!!!!!!

I am still not going to resolve it with violence, I will let them do something stupid and be there to catch it happen.
 
well Ill be willing to come witness whatever you want to happen. Im sure skittles and iced tea wont even be necessary
 
:shake: Yeah because "pushing" the minor first warrants him punching your wife. What a let down. I'd be on the lookout, he may try to egg you on as to brag that he is not being charged.

It is taking every ounce of energy to not do something about it. If I go to jail I don't have anyone that can afford to bail me out and I will miss out on making the money that I need to support my kids. Trust me I have thought of everything and none of it works out to my benefit.

I'm sure there could be a MM fundraiser. Look at all the other stuff people try and raise money for. :)
 
Also the police know I chased them so reacting now will have twice the negative effect on me. Really I should have beat that kids ass when I had them pinned at the light that day. I at least would have felt better than I do now.

Truck I will throw a couple bucks for bond ...lol
Bond for assault and battery is $100 bucks the last time I got hit with it but that was 15 yrs ago and got out the same day
 
either way, don't let this bullshit define the next 5-10 years of your life. you've got a family and responsibilities..... remember....what comes around, goes around....

too bad you didn't pull a SMOOTH on them and run into their car and then beat em up and then everyone would just think that it was from the accident... LOL

I don't have a name, I only have the plate number. The male is the girls boyfriend and doesn't live there. I have not pushed to find out where he lives.

She is going to, but I think the fact that he is a minor is why.
