This is interesting to read, because I don't know the "scene" in Motown, but a lot of the serious street racing here in Wisconsin, happens out on remote stretches of land or like in Brewcity abandoned industrial area's. The issue around here is the poser kids with mommy's car doing fast and furious stuff on busy roads..

He mentions the citizens should not have to put up with the loud noise...... So the rampant gun shots heard at night are ok and dont require a "Task Force"?

Detroit was actually looking at an electronic system that would pinpoint gunshots and send them to a central command center. So yes, there is going to be a task force for that!

My shit crashed street racing back in 2005 , I was blessed no one got hurt and i was able to bring the car back to life .. I would never race my car on the street ever again , No ET is a blessing to all us former street guys .
